fresh pico de gallo

Ingredients
2 Lg. red, ripe tomatoes (1/8"-1/4" diced)1 C. white onion (1/8"-1/4" diced)2 jalapeno (deseeded and finely minced)2 limes (squeezed and juiced)3 TBS. fresh chopped cilantro1 tsp. kosher salt
Directions
Dice tomato, onion and jalapeno. Mix together in bowl.

Add chopped cilantro (leaves only), salt and lime juice.


Chill and allow flavors to merry for at least 1 hour.
