Macaroni and Hamburger

Ingredients
1 cup macaroni1 lb. lean ground beef1 12 oz. can V-8 juice1 can Italian stewed tomatoes1 medium onionParmesan cheese(optional)
Directions
Cook macaroni.
Saute onion.
Brown beef.
Combine all ingredients. Simmer for ten minutes. Serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
