Open the Italian Sub Roll and Apply the Mayo to the Top and the mustard to the bottom. Place the lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber, Bell Pepper, red Onion, On the Top Half of the Roll. Place the Genoa Salami, Ham, and Pepperoni on the Bottom Half. Salt and Pepper to taste.
