Broccoli soup

Ingredients
1 Cup onion chopped1 clove garlic chopped1 bunch broccoli chopped 3 cups chicken broth (less sodium)2.5 cups silk1/3 cup whole grain flour 1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Saute' onion and garlic in olive oil for 3 minutes
add broccoli and broth
bring to a boil
simmer 10 minutes
(seperate bowl)
add milk and flour together and mix well
add to soup
continue to cook for 5 minutes
eat soup
makes 8 1 cup servings
