Ingredients
6 oz Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt (Dannon Light & Fit)2 oz (1/4 C) Orange juice2 oz (1/4 C) Milk, Nonfat6 oz StrawberriesMix with hand blender. Any Berries can be substituted for the Strawberries (fresh or frozen). Cut recipe in half for a single serving. So low in Calories and fat, that you can have it all!!
Directions
Blend together , serve cold or pop in freezer for one hour! delicious part frozen!
