16 oz Shelled Edamame or Soy beans1/2 C. Crushed Saltines1 tsp. Ground Cumin1 tsp. Kosher Salt1 tsp. Onion Powder1 tsp. Dill1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce2 Large Eggs2 Tbsp. Olive Oil4 Hamburger buns
In a food processor mix everything but the burger buns until the mixture forms a thick paste. Divide mixture into 4 patties and cook in a large saucepan over med. Cook patties until golden on both sides. Serve with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, and any other condiments to your liking.
