High Protein Yogurt Oakcakes

Ingredients
1/2 cup dry oats1/2 cup greek style yogurt ( i used Chobani Plain)2 eggs1/8 tsp vanilla extract1 dash of cinnamon1/4 tsp baking soda1/2 TBSP sweetener or sugar
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients together, pour batter onto pan so it will match the serving size of 12 oatcakes, cook like a regular pancake and flip when you are satisfied.Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy :)
