Lill's Smokey Cheese Ball

Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese 1/3 Reduce Fat8 oz. Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese (can use reduced fat)2 to 3 tbsp whish-Bone FF Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing1 rounded tbsp finely minced onion1 rouned tsp horseradish1/4 tsp Liquid Smoke FlavorDried Parsley Flakes (opt)
Directions
Let cream cheese and cheddar cheese set on counter for 30 minutes before combining.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl by hand (i use disposable gloves) until combined. Form mixture into a ball and roll in dried parsley flakes to coat.

Serve with crudite and crackers.

Flavors come out best when cheese ball allowed to come almost to room temp.
