Gluten Free Pizza Dough

1 cup milk4 tbsp butter1/4 cup oil (olive oil for paleo)1 tsp salt2 1/4 cups tapioca flour2 eggs1 1/2 cups cheese1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup rice flour or other gluten free flour
Boil milk, butter, oil and salt; add to flour and mix well. Add eggs 1 at a time, let dough cool. After dough has cooled add cheese. Oil pan heavily so dough doesn't stick, pour into desired shape. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes, flip dough and cook for 8 minutes. Add toppings and cook another 7-10 minutes
