Ingredients
6 Hot Italian sausage links1 lb chicken breast2 8 oz. bags of jumbo shrimp1 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes1 can chicken broth1 large green bell pepper1 large onion2 tsp oregano2 tsp parsley2 tsp cajun1 tsp cayenne0.5 tsp thyme
Directions
Parboil sausage links (so they are easier to cut). Cut into 1 inch cubes, the sausage and the chicken. Place everything except for the shrimp and rice into the crockpot. Cook for 3.5 hours. Stir in the shrimp, then in the last 15 minutes, stir in the rice. Serve hot.
