Ingredients
Brown Lentils (1/4 cup dry), 256 gram(s) (remove)Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)1/4 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon dried basil6 cups water
Directions
Lentils, water, onion, pepper and basil in a pot to simmer for 30 mins. Add tomato and celery and simmer for an additional 15 mins, or until the lentils are tender.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 cups, or 5 1-cup servings
