1 tbsp butter1 c. fresh or frozen broccoli, blanched2 large eggs and 1 large egg white, seasoned and scrambled1 garlic clove, mincedsalt, pepper, other spices to taste (in egg mixture)
Serving Size: 1
1. Saute blanched broccoli with butter in medium size, non-stick pan. It should be somewhat tender, but still bright green and slightly crisp.
2. Add minced garlic, toss, and saute very briefly.
3. Add seasoned and scrambled eggs.
4. Cook 'til cooked! (Don't brown the eggs!)
5. Om nom nom nom!
