Jello Oreo Pudding Pie

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups Skim Milk2 pkg ( 4 serving size) Jello Cheesecake Pudding1 Tub Cool Whip Fat Free Topping1 Oreo Pie Crust1 Pakage 100 Calorie Pack Oreo Thin Crisp(coursley chopped)
Directions
Makes 8 Servings
1. Pour Milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes, Beat with wire wisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Mix in half of the coursely chopped Oreo Thin Crisp. Gently stir in half of the whipped topping.
2. Pour into pie crust.
#. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaning whipped topping and chopped Oreo Thin Crisps just before serving. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

    I am making this for tonight. Only I changed the flavor of the pudding to white chocolate. I have made a similar pie with graham crust and strawberry jello. Its super yummy so I expect this will be also! - 1/31/11
