pie crust/ top and bottom
combine below ingredients and place in pie crust:
drain large can of sauerkraut
brown and rinse 1lb of ground beef
peel cube and boil 1 large or 2 medium potatoes (drain)
cut 3 slits in the top of the pie crust
Cook 325 for approx. 1 hr. cover edge of crust with foil after 15 minutes
