Poultry Meat Loaf Cheese Burger

1 1/4 lb 99% fat free ground turkey1 lb lean ground chicken1/4 cup ketchup1 Tbsp minced garlic1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix Lower Sodium Chicken (dry)2 large eggs12- 1/2 oz slices American cheeseCooking spray
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (with hands preferably) until well combined. Form mixture into 4 oz patties.
Use cooking spray on whichever cooking vessel you are using. Place Burgers on a pre-heated grill, griddle, pan, or panini press. Unless using a panini or contact grill, cook for 3 1/2- 5 minutes per side. Place the cheese on the burger for the last 30 seconds to one minute, to melt.
Serve on your bread, or roll, of choice. Garnish with your favorite toppings
