2 C Romaine Lettuce1 C Veggie Crumbles1 C Fat-Free Refried Beans1/4 C Pepper Stir-Fry1 tsp Taco Seasoning2 oz Low-fat Mexican Blend Cheese1/4 C Jalapenos1 oz Baked Tortilla Chips
Combine veggie crumbles, pepper stirfry, taco seasoning in a large saucepan. Cook on medium heat until warmed through. Add refried beans to pan and stir to combine. Serve "beef" and beans over lettuce and top with cheese, jalapenos, and crushed chips.
