Ingredients
1 pound extra lean ground beef1 can black beans1 can hominy1 med green pepper diced1 med onion diced1 can rotel1 can diced tomatoes1 small can tomato sauce2 oz elbow macaroni
Directions
brown ground beef, while browning boil elbow macaroni.
Add onion, green pepper and other ingredients. After Elbow Macaroni is done add to beef and veggie mixture.
