1-egg Microwave custard

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk1 large egg2 pkts Splenda1/4 tsp vanilla extractdash of nutmeg
Directions
Heat milk for 2 minutes on HIGH in a 2-cup measure. Beat egg in a small bowl. Temper egg by adding hot milk by the tbsp until warmed, then mix with milk and Splenda. Divide between 2 1-cup microwave-safe bowls. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Heat on LOW for 5-7 minutes until bubbles form. Allow to sit in microwave 5 minutes to set. Serve either warm or refrigerate to cool.
