Chocolate Vanilla spotty muffins

225 grams Self Raising Flour85 grams Caster Sugar80 grams Butter100 mililetres Milk20 mililetres Vanilla Essence1 egg90 grams Milk Chocolate Drops90 grams White Chocolate Drops85 grams Cocoa Powder
Preheat oven to 180c.
Line a muffin pan with paper cases.
Sift flour into a large bowl.
Stir in sugar.
In a medium bowl, whisk butter, milk, eggs and vanilla essence together.
Add butter mixture to dry ingredients. Use a wooden spoon to mix is just combined.
Spoon batter into cases so each is 1/3rd full.
Split mixture into two parts
Add cocoa to one half and the white chocolate chips
Add milk chocolate chips and vanilla essence to the other half
Pour in to patty pans
Bake muffins for 18 to 20 minutes, or until lightly golden and cooked through.
Let cool for 10 minutes
