Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin pan with paper liners, or rub tin with coconut oil.
Sift together coconut flour and spices.
Whisk remaining ingredients together. Add flour mixture and mix well. Divide batter between 12 muffin cups.
Bake 12-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
