orange sesame dressing

Ingredients
3 tbsp unhulled sesame seeds6 raw cashew nuts1/2 cup orange juice2 tbsp rice vinegar1 can of mandarin oranges
Directions
toast the sesame seeds in a dry skillet for 3 minutes snaking the pan frequently. in a blender combine 2 tbsp of the sesame seeds, the cashews, the orange juice and vinegar. add the oranges to the top of the salad and pour dressing over the top. top with remaining sesame seeds
