Spicy BBQ shredded chicken

Directions
place 3 lbs of chicken in the crock pot ( I use frozen breasts)Cut onion and cover chicken. Mix together:3 TB Vinegar3TB Worcestershire sauce2 TB Brown sugarBlack pepper to tasteRed pepper to taste 1 TB chili powder 1 cup chicken brothPour the mixture over the chicken and onions and cook on low in the crock pot for 6-8 hours. Once cooked and tender drain the juice and shred the chicken with a couple of forks. Add the BBQ sauce at the end and put onto a bun or orowheat sandwich thin ( bread not included in calculations)
cook in the crockpot for 6-8 hours. Shred with a fork and add the BBQ sauce at the end.
