Sunday Veggie Strata

Ingredients
*bread, 100% whole wheat heb bake shop, 6 serving Egg, fresh, 8 lgBell Pepper (Red), 100 gram(s) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Milk, 2%, 1 cup Water, tap, 1 cupDijon Mustard, 1 tbspGarlic, 1.5 tsp Gimme Lean sausage, 8 ozKraft fat free cheddar, 1 cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cube bread and place in bottom of a greased 9x9 in. pan.
cook sausage in pan and when browned add bell pepper and onion. Saute. Spread mixture on top of bread evenly and brush with mustard.
scramble eggs in bowl with milk,water and garlic (add salt and pepper to taste) and pour over sausage. Bake one hour. Top with cheese and bake again until cheese is melted.
