Make a sreong moka coffee, let it cool down and add rum Separate eggs, beat egg whites with tartar powder Beat egg yolks with 1/4 cup erythrol, vanilla powder and lemon zest Add 16 oz mascarpone Dip ladyfinger cookies in coffee and rum and put them as a first layer Cover with half of the cream, place ladyfingers over the cream and cover with the rest of the cream Sprinkle generously with cocoa on top Cool well before serving Can be frozen well covered Submitted by: LANALEMON
