Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)*Kosher Salt, 1 tsp (remove)*Garlic Powder, 1 tsp (remove)*Parsley, dried, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)*paprika, .25 tsp (remove)*Garlic, prepared chopped garlic (Canada Garlic Inc), 3 tbsp (remove)*Parmesian Cheese, 8 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Pat fish dry then rub olive oil on one side and place that side down on grill pan. olive oil other side and sprinkle all ingredients on except garlic and parmigiana, Then spread garlic on fillet and sprinkle on cheese. Bake on med heat (about 400) for ten min or until fish flakes apart
