Peanut Butter Mug Muffin

Ingredients
2 tbsp jay robb vanilla protein powder (or 1/2 scoop other low carb vanilla protein powder)1 tbsp regular PB2 powder2 tbsp liquid egg whites1 tbsp pumpkin puree1 tbsp applesauce, unsweetenedsweetener to taste (I used a scant 1 tsp truvia and some toffee stevia)
Directions
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well with a fork. Transfer to a mug sprayed with nonstick spray and microwave on 60% powder for 1 1/2-2 minutes, or until done. Enjoy!
