Frozen Breakfast Smoothies

Ingredients

1.5 cups of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)1 cup watermelon1 cup pineapple350g vanilla yoghurt1 Scoop Atkins Advantage Shake Mix VanillaWater (to help blend)
Dice watermelon and pineapple, then place in food processor with all other ingredients.
Blend until well mixed, adding more water if needed.
Pour into plastic cups and stand popstick in mixture.
Place on a clear shelf in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until frozen solid.
Serving Size: Makes 8 "pops"
