Low-Carb Self Crusting Cheesecake

2 (8 oz) cream cheese3/4 c. Equal sweetener3 large eggs1/2 teaspoon almond extractIcing:1 c. sour cream1/2 cup Equal sweetener1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Let cheese and eggs stand out until room temperature. Using mixer, blend cheese and sugar; add one egg at a time, and mix until well blended. Add extract.
Pour into buttered 9" pie plate, and bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. (Leave oven on.) Cool cheescake for 20 minutes.
Mix "icing" and pour into cavity of cake. Return to oven and bake another 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool and chill.
