Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)Olive Oil, .75 cup (remove)*Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Smoked sausage, 16 oz (remove)
Directions
stir oil and flour until caramel in color. add vegetables (chopped) and sautee. add water gradually. add meat and boil. add seasoning as desired (salt, pepper, cajun)
