Curried Chicken

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cookCurry PowderOnions, raw, 1 large Cream of Chicken Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz) Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Cut 2 lbs. chicken breast into 1/4" - 1/2" slices, cut 1large onion into large pieces. Put into hot olive oil adding curry powder. saute' for about 5 min. stirring often. Reduce heat. Add both cans of soup and water, stir to mix all ingredients. Cover and simmer for 20 min. stirring occasionally. Uncover and simmer over slightly higher heat for 5 min. more, stirring often. Serve over steamed white rice.
