Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed *Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup for Sodium Restricted Diets, 1 serving*La Mexicana Salsa - Medium, 1 cup*Fage Nonfat Greek Yogurt, 1 cup *Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Sodium Reduced (1 Packet)Jalepenos and Diced Green Chilis to taste
Put chicken in crock pot, add all ingredients EXCEPT for Greek Yogurt. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove from heat, add and blend greek yogurt. Best served over brown rice or quinoa or simply over steamed broccoli.
