Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 cups black beans2 cups red kidney beans2 cups sweet corn1 cup avocado1/2 cup fat free italian dressingoniongreen peppercilantroparsleypinch of saltlittle pepper
Directions
Drain beans pour all beans in bowl
add whatever herbs you like: cilantro, parsley, little salt and pepper. Green pepper and onion can add celery if you like. add dressing. mix together put in fridge until ready to serve. Serve Avocado chunks on top. Don't mix in salad, makes it too soaky. Can ifyou like. Enjoy
