seafood and wilted spinach

Ingredients
3 oz small shrimp 7 oz small bay scallops 3 cloves minced garlic1/2 cup chopped mushrooms1 tsp olive oil1 tbsp butter5 oz fresh spinach
Directions
Saute mushrooms and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add butter. Once butter has melted turn heat up to medium high and add shrimp and scallops, cook for 6 min. Remove from heat and add spinach. Toss seafood and spinach until spinach starts to wilt. Serve warm with a little lemon juice and parsley.
