Ingredients
3 medium tomatoes seeded and chopped1 Haas avocado chopped1 med onion red or Vidalia choppedCilantro about half a cup chopped1 lemon juiced1 can sweet kernel corn drained (low sodium is best)1 can black beans drained (low sodium is best)1 medium jalapeno seeded and choppedsalt and pepper to taste1 tsp Hot sauce Optional
Directions
put all chopped ingredients in bowl add salt and pepper, add lemon juice and hot sauce if you like and toss.
