Cajun Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
Directions
3 slices bacon1C chopped bell peppers1C chopped onion1C chopped celery6 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 TB cajun seasoning2C diced tomatoes2C brown rice uncooked( cook to directions)
cook rice to directions
Cook bacon until crispy-set aside in bowl crumbled
add celery, onion and peppers to bacon dripping fry till tender and add to bacon
add tomatoes to veggies
using same pan brown chicken breasts on all sides until fully cooked-add water if need more liquid
layer rice in 8x13
layer chicken on rice and pour veggie mixture over top
Bake 350 for about 30 min until fully warmed.
