Healthy chocolate mousse tart

2 ripe avocados, the meat scooped out of the shell3 tablespoons honey (more or less to taste.)1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder1/2 teaspoon vanilla extractpinch of salt3/4 cup ground almonds1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoons butter1 tablespoon white sugar
Nut crust
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Press the nut mixture firmly into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie plate.
Bake at 325 degrees F (165 degrees C) for about 10 minutes, or until the edge is golden brown. Cool.
chocolate mousse
Use a blender or food processor to blend the avocados until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until everything is combined. Add more or less honey according to your taste. Pour mousse over the base and chill in freezer for an hour before serving to set.
Serving Size: make one 9 inch pie serves 4-6
