for marination of chicken-Chicken Breast, no skin, 500 gramsLemon Juice, 5 mLChili powder, 1 tbspground corriander, 1 tbspYogurt, plain, skim milk, 20 gramsgaram marsala, 2 tspfor gravy-Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or slicedOnions, raw, 2 cup, choppedGreen chilly / Mirchi, 10 gram(s)Olive Oil, 3 tbspYogurt, plain, whole milk, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz)Chili powder, 1 tbspTurmeric, ground, 1 tspground corriander, 3 tbspWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)salt , 1.5 tsp
marinate chicken with the marination ingredients and keep aside ,
heat oil in the vessel,
add onions and fry till its golden brown,
and chopped green chilies,
cook for 30 sec,
add chopped tomato and cook for 3 mins or till ,tomatoes are cooked,
and all the spices and curd and cook for 5 mins,
add chicken , salt and water and mix well,
keep on low heat till chicken is cooked,
add chopped corriander before serving.
Serving Size: makes 1-cup serving
