Cucumber and Tomato Dill Salad

Ingredients
2 Large tomatoes, Chopped2 Cucumbers, peeled & chopped4 Tbsp Lemon Juice4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (evoo)1 Tbsp Dry dill weed
Directions
Chop tomatoes and cucumbers into 1/2 inch cubes
Place in a bowl and add dill, mix thouroughly
Add olive oil and lemon juice, mix thouroughly
Add salt and pepper to taste

No cooking needed.
