Raw Foods Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients
1/4 cup dates1/4 cup raw honey or agave nectar1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1 1/2 avocados1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder1/4 cup water
Directions
blend pitted dates, agave nectar, and vanilla extract in food processor until smooth. add avocado and cocoa powder, blend until mixed, scraping sides when needed. add water and blend until mixed. remove from food processor. you may eat it room temp or chilled.
