Wild Rice Salad

Ingredients
2 boxes Uncle Bens Wild Rice (original)(cook according to directions)1 bag (10oz) frozen baby peas, thawedgreen onions to taste1 cup currants1 red pepper, diced1 yellow pepper, diced1 can sliced water chestnutsDressing:1/2 cup salad oil1/2 cup honey2 tsp. curry powderTopping: 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts
Directions
Cook packaged rice as directed on box; allow to cool.
Add rest of chopped up ingredients.
Mix together dressing ingredients and add to rice mixture. Stir well. Add peanuts just before serving
