Ingredients
2 cups flour4 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 tbsp. sugar1 egg, beaten1 1/2 cups milk2 tbsp. melted butter
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together, Add milk and stir. Then add butter and beaten egg, Pour 1/6 of batter onto skillet, brown on both sides.
