Sweet and Sour Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
2 English cucumbers sliced thin1/2 sweet onion sliced and separated into rings1 cup celery sliced1/2 cup white vinegar2 tbsp canola oil1/4 cup white sugar1 teas celery seed1/4 teas salt1/8 teas pepper
Directions
Put cucumber, onion and celery in shallow bowl.

Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, celery seed and salt and pepper until sugar disolves and pour over veggies. Toss gently. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours over overnight to marinate.
