Ingredients
Pork Tenderloin, 1 piecePotato, raw, 3 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Beans, white, 1 cupGreen Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cupTomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 servingWater, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)Onion powder, 1 tspAllspice, .25 tspCumin seed, .25 tspPepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub and dice up potatoes, placing around pork in pot.
Add water.
Season with onion powder and Allspice.
Drain and add green beans.
Drain and add white beans.
Season with a little more onion powder and black pepper.
Drain and add tomatoes.
Season with ground cumin seed.
Cover and set on Low.
Before serving, shred pork.
