Ingredients
3 Oz. Alaskan King Crab Meat - Chopped1/4 Cup Dry Quinoa - Cooked1 Cup Of Tomatoes - Chopped1 Bell Pepper - Chopped1/4 Cup Cucumber - Chopped1 Tbsp. Cilantro1 Tbsp. Parsley1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper1/4 Med. Jalapeno Pepper - Chopped
Directions
Prepare Quinoa then let cool before mixing all ingredients in a medium size bowl.

Can be enjoyed by itself or placed on a bed of salad greens for a great meal.

Makes 2 1-cup servings.
