Whole Wheat Waffles - Vegan

Ingredients
1 ripe banana - mashed2 Cups Water1/2 Cup Un-coooked Oatmeal1 1/2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Nutmeg1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Mix mashed banana & water together. Add dry ingredients and mix, leaving the batter lumpy.

Cook on waffle iron as normal, or make into pancakes on a griddle.

Makes 8 servings.

    If I remade this I would try adding a little bit of salt. It was fine. I did decrease flour a little bit and added some flax meal. - 5/30/08
