Tzatziki Sauce (Vegan & GF)

Ingredients
14 oz. package of soft tofu1 large cucumber1/4 large onion, raw1/2 clove of garlic2.5 oz (or 1/2 c.) lemon juice1-2 tbsp Greek seasoning1-2 tbsp dried dill weed1 tsp cayenne powder
Directions
1. Peel cucumber. Cut in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out all of the seeds. (If you leave the seeds in, the sauce will be VERY watery.)

2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor (or Magic Bullet) for about 30 seconds.

3. Chill. Serve.

*Refrigerate leftovers.
