Gardenburger wrap filling

4 cloves garlic, minced1 small onion (2.5 oz) thinly sliced1 med green bell pepper (approx 4 oz), chopped4 oz raw mushrooms, sliced4 tsp olive oil1 Tbsp San-J Hot and Spicy Szechuan sauce4 Gardenburger Patties (original)
Place gardenburger patties on microwave safe plate, and microwave til hot (about 1 minute each side). Let cool slightly, and chop up into small pieces, set aside.
In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Saute garlic until browned. Increase heat to medium-high, add vegetables and saute 3-4 minutes. Add chopped gardenburger and sauce, stir to heat through.
Roll 1/4 of this mixture in a whole wheat tortilla/wrap. (tortilla not included in nutritional analysis).
