Soy chicken with garlic chive and ginger dressing

Ingredients
2 tbsp shaoxing wine1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce1 tsp caster sugar2 tsp sesame oil8 skinless chicken thigh fillets1/4 cup chopped garlic chives1 chopped spring onion1/2 tbsp peeled and grated ginger1 long red chili, chopped1 tbsp rice wine vinegar1 tsp caster sugar
Directions
Mix first group of ingredients and marinate chicken for ten minutes n

Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes each side until cooked.

Mix second group of ingredients and serve over chicken with rice and stir fried veg.
