Pumpkin Mousse

Ingredients
1 can of pumpkin1 box of sugar free butterscotch pudding mix (or you can use vanilla)2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Super easy. Just mix pumpkin and pudding mix. Add spices until mixed through. Serve with whipped topping. Makes 4 servings. This is wonderful. Fat free and sugar free. Excellent source of Vit A.
