Ingredients
1 envelope onion soup mix4 large potatoes, washed & chunked1/2 c butter
Directions
Wash and chunk potatoes. Boil in water until almost soft (7-8 min in microwave). Drain water, place potatoes in baking dish with butter, sprinkle soup mix over all. Stir. Place in 350' oven until golden brown. Serves 4
